A community organisation based in Inner West Sydney recognised that food waste is a big problem in restaurants and cafes around their area. Metro Graphics designed a brochure for the organisation, highlighting the problem to business owners and creating awareness of the alternatives. The brochure encouraged businesses to change their practices, helping to save waste and money.
